This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Shubham Kumar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 07 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 6/10 of U.P. Sarvjanik Pariksha Adhiniyam, 1998, Police Station- Lalpur Pandeypur, District- Varanasi. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 06.01.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has been charged for the offences punishable under Section 6/10 of U.P. Public Examination Ac
