The present bail application has been filed by accused- applicant- Mohd. Sayeed seeking bail in Case Crime No. 27 of 2025, under Section 8/18/22 NDPS Act and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station- Powayan, District- Shahjahanpur. In the prosecution case it is alleged that during police checking, the police arrested the applicant. From the personal search of the applicant, 1.475 kg opium/afim is alleged to have been recovered. The recovery has been made in front of the Gazetted Officer.
