This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Lalita, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 45 of 2025, under Sections 302 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/5(1) of Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion (Amendment Bill), 2024, Police Station- Dhanghata, District- Sant Kabir Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. She has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 27.01.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has neither changed her religion nor persuaded anyone to do the same. Nothing incriminating
