The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Joyeb Jamshed @ Hamza Khan with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 39 of 2025, under Sections 8/22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Naini, District- Prayagraj. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 141 gm. of Alprozolam is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant.
