Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 598 of 2024, U/S 137(2), 65(1) B.N.S., 2023 and 3/4 of POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station AIIMS, District Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. The FIR was instituted by the informant regarding her missing daughter since 16.12.2024 at about 7.30 pm. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
