The present bail application under 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant-Sachin, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 345 of 2024, under Section 309 (4), 317 (2) B.N.S. ans Section 4/25 of Arms Act, Police station-Singhawali Ahir, District-Baghpat. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number. The applicant is languishing in jail since 24.12.2024. First Information Report has been lodged on 22.12.2024 against three unknown persons. The applicant and two other accused persons were arrested on an information of informer and recovery of one knife and Rs. 5500/- has been shown from the possession of the applicant.
