The present bail application has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 96 of 2006, under Sections 147, 148, 153, 283, 323, 336, 307, 427, 435, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 4 of Property Damage Act, and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station Atarra, District Banda. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number.
