The present bail application has been filed by accused- applicant- Jayprakash seeking bail in Case Crime No. 149 of 2023, under Section 8/20(B)/60 of NDPS Act, Police Station- Pinahat, District- Agra. In the prosecution case it is alleged that during police checking, the police arrested the applicant. From the search of the applicant, 21 kg ganja is alleged to have been recovered from the truck which was being driven by the applicant. The recovery has been made in front of the Gazetted Officer.
