The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 582/2022, under Sections 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Police Station- Hafizganj, District- Bareilly, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant was not arrest from the spot. He has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of 22 criminal histories to his credit. He is languishing in jail since 03.01.2025. The trial in the aforesaid case is not likely to be concluded in near future. It is further submitted that on the similar footing the co-accused Rahis Kuraishi and Raju Kuraishi have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 01.05.2025
