The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Jitendra Kumar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 26/2025, under Sections 318(2), 318(4), 319(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of B.N.S. and 3, 69,10 of U.P. Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, Police Station- Auraiya, District- Auraiya, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant that he was trying to appear in examination by using fabricated Adhar Card. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that in the application form and in the other academic records the name of applicant mentioned as Abhishek Kumar but his nick name is, Jitendra Kumar and in Adhar card his nick name was mentioned as Jitendra.
