The present bail application has been filed by accused- applicant- Naveen Saini seeking bail in Case Crime No. 24 of 2025, under Section 8AC/22C/29 of NDPS Act, Police Station- Kotwali Nagar, District- Saharanpur. In the prosecution case it is alleged that on the information of secret police informer, the police arrested the applicant. From the house of the co-accused, namely, Manni Panchhal, 4100 Drug injections, 62,400 intoxicating Capsules, and 6600 Drug pills are alleged to have been recovered. The recovery has been made in front of the Gazetted Officer.
