This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Pankaj Nishad, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 464 of 2024, under Sections 317(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/5/7/12/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station- Sidhari, District- Azamgarh. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 04.12.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly placed co- accused, namely, Munshi Ram, has already been enlarged on bail of this Court by order dated 16.05.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
