Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Satyadev, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 212 of 2024, under Sections 96, 351(2) of B.N.S., and section 5M/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Bah, District- Agra, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of committing unnatural offence against a minor boy. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the medical report of the victim does not supports prosecution case. There was dispute between the parties regarding parking of mobile chowmein vending shop. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no criminal history to hi
