This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Lalaram @ Harishankar @ Pintu, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 46 of 2025, under Sections 3/5/25 of Arms Act, Police Station- Chhibramau, District- Kannauj. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 21.01.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the recovery shown from the applicant is totally false and concocted as there is no independent witness of the alleged recovery. The applicant has no concern with the alleged crime and recovery. He has no criminal ante
