Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record of the case. 3. The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Chhote Lal with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 10 of 2025, under Sections 8/20, 60 (2) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act and Sections 319 (2), 318 (4), 338, 336 (3), 340 (2) BNS, 1985, Police Station- Shankargarh, District- Prayagraj. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 23.692 Kg. of Ganja and 2 number plates, Mobile and cash of Rs. 2,000/- are alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant. In fact no such recovery was effected from the applicant. It is further submitted that since such recovery is not supported by independent witness, pos
