This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Sundar Singh seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 257 of 2024, under Sections 109 BNS and Section 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Greater Noida (Commissionarate Gautam Budh Nagar), District Bautam Budh Nagar. 3. The allegation made in the FIR is that on 27.11.2024 when the informant was going with her son by private bus, the applicant has shot her son namely Himmat Singh in his head. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this case crime number and is languishing in jail since 28.11.2024.
