This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Shahrookh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 10 of 2025, under Sections 3/5/8 of the U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Police Station-Budhana, District- Muzaffarnagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. The applicant is languishing in jail since 05.01.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the First Information Report has been lodged on 03.01.2025, against four named persons, with the allegation that on an information of the informer, with regard that some persons are selling beef
