The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Satnam Nagar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 09/2025 under Sections- 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 352 of B.N.S. and sectiojn 3/25, 5/27(1) of Arms Act, Police Station, Pallavapuram, District- Meerut, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co- accused, Deependra Singh, has been granted bail by this Court on 22.04.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 9225/2025. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co- accused.
