This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, - Chandan Yadav Alias Mukhiya Yadav, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 22 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366A, 120-B I.P.C. and 16/17 of POCSO Act, Police station Dokati, District-Ballia. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 03.01.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that First Information Report has been lodged on 24.01.2024 with the allegation that one Krishna Yadav has fled away the minor daughter
