The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Laiq with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 158 of 2015, under Section 269 of I.P.C. and Section 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Police Station- Saidnagali, District- Amroha. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly placed co- accused, namely, Junaid @ Jindu has already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order dated 06.05.2025, passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 6741 of 2025, copy of the bail order produced by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. He further submitted that since the role of the applicant is identical to that of co-accused Junaid @ Jindu who has already been enlarged on bail,
