There are allegations against the applicant of committing murder of his daughter-in-law. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. P.W.1, has been examined before the trial court , who has not supported the prosecution case.The applicant is in jail since 12.6.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
