The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Jeetu Alias Jitendra Kumar Rathore, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 46/2025, under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of B.N.S., and 63/65 of Copyright Act and 103/104 of Trade Mark Act, Police Station- Jagdishpura, District- Agra, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the allegations made in the F.I.R. are incorrect since no machine or any other material proving the violation of Trade Mark Act, was recovered from the applicant. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of recovery of certain consumer items. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing
