The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Manish Alias Amit Gupta, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 52/2025, under Sections 109, 352 of B.N.S. and section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station- Pipraich, District- Gorakhpur, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of committing the offence of attempt to murder. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the dispute took place between the parties all of sudden on account of parking of the vehicle. Gun shot injury has been caused to the injured on his legs, but there was no intention to cause the murder. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing in jail since 16.01.2025. The
