The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Angad Kumar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 47/2025 under Sections 2 kha (i), 2 kha (xi) and 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities(Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Cantt., District- Gorakhpur, pendency of trial. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in five criminal cases in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned. Apart from five more cases, the applicant has no criminal history. He has falsely been implicated in the present case due to police rivalry. The applicant is not a member of any gang.
