The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ashish Kumar Verma, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 212 of 2019, under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 of IPC and section 3/7 of Essential Commodities Act, Police Station- Madnapur, District- Shahjahanpur, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant that he was assisting the license holder of the fair price shop co-acused, Reshma Devi. It is alleged in the F.I.R., the applicant has misappropriated essential commodities and not distributed the same to the eligible customers. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. The beneficiaries have not made any allegations against the applicant in their statement
