This bail application has been given by the accused applicant Jagtar in Case Crime No. 146 of 2020, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C. and sections 60, 63, 72 of Excise Act, P.S.- Kandhla, District Shamli. As per the FIR version, informant intercepted a Truck No. PB- 11-AP-5550, in which, illegal country made liquor was being transported. During search of the truck, 900 Peti country made liquor were recovered and each Peti contains 45 quarter. He next submitted that co-accused Gurpej and Subhash, who are driver and cleaner of the truck, were arrested on the spot and from their confessional statement before the police, name of present applicant as owner of the truck surfaced, have already been enlarged on bail in Crl.
