The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ritesh Verma @ Sumit, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 01/2025, under Sections 317(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) of B.N.S. and section 66D of I.T. Act, Police Station- Cyber Crime Fatehgarh, District- Farrukhabad, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of confessional statement of the main accused. From the counter-affidavit it appears that the money was transferred in the account of company. The applicant has not beneficiary of any amount. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing in jail since 01.02.2025. The trial in the aforesaid case is not likely to be conclude
