Heard Sri Kamal Krishna, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Ghanshyam Das, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Vijay Kumar , learned AGA-I, for the State. 3. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 103 of 2024, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 323, 325, 427, 504 and 506 IPC, Police Station Barsathi, District Jaunpur during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that on the basis of false allegation, applicant has been roped in the present matter along with as many as 10 others including co-accused Manoj Kumar Yadav and Jay Kumar Yadav and both the above co-accused have been released on bail by this Court. 5. He further submits that co-accused Manoj Kumar Yadav has been released on bail by co-or
