Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.504 of 2024, under Sections 65(1), 137(2) B.N.S. and 3/4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station- Najibabad, District- Bijnor, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have fleeced the victim to the agricultural field in the morning of 9.10.2024 at about 03:00 a.m. and had committed rape with her. The victim was found by the informant wailing, as such, the FIR was instituted. 6.
