Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant was not named in the FIR and during investigation, he has been made accused through the fourth statement of the informant with the aid of Section 61(2) BNS but except the bald and verbal allegation, there is no cogent evidence of conspiracy against the applicant. 4.
