Heard Sri Alok Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned State Law Officer and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 815 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 115(2) 64(1) of BNS and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Puwanya, District Shahjahanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted by the informant stating that the applicant in collusion with co-accused person had enticed away his minor daughter on 26.11.2024 at about 5 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. The FIR is delayed by about 2 days
