The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 337 of 2024, under Sections 191(3), 103(1), 3(5) and 131 BNS, Police Station Rajghat, District Gorakhpur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that however applicant is named in the FIR alongwith four others but there is no allegation that he caused injury to the deceased and as per prosecution co-accused Vikas Nishad was the person who inflicted knife injuries to the deceased. 4.
