This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Dharamraj Yadav, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 16 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A /8 of the U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, and 4/5 of Arms Act, Police Station-Bilariyaganj, District-Azamgarh. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. The applicant is languishing in jail since 16.01.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits the recovery shown from the alleged vehicle of 5.500 Kilogram beef and other incriminating material are planted one. There is no independent witness of the aforesaid recovery. The applican
