The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant Pramod, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.01 of 2025, under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangsters & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S. Shikohabad, District Firozabad. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. In gang-chart three cases have been shown against the applicant. In all three cases the applicant has been released on bail. Bail orders have been annexed as Annexure-4 to the bail application.
