This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Gurudatt Singh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.246 of 2024, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 I.P.C. and 66 D I.T. Act, Police Station Cyber Crime, District Ghaziabad. An F.I.R. was lodged at the instance of victim Rekha Singh on 21.08.2024 with the allegation that she had invested total Rs.29,90,000/- in the name of various firms. She succumbed to an online trading (Demat/Depository) scam/fraud. In para-10 of the F.I.R. it is stated that on 10.06.2024 the complainant invested an amount of Rs.7,60,000/- from her HDFC account to an account under the name of Gyan Singh Sons and Minerals'.
