This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Manish Patel, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 32 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 312 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station- Kotwali, District- Maharajganj. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 18.01.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that after arrest, recovery of Rs. 45,000/- and one Deshi Katta has been shown which is totally false and fabricated.
