The instant bail application has been filed seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 06 of 2025, under Sections 61 (2), 319 (2), 318 (4), 338, 336 (3), 340 (2), 112 (2) of BNS and Section 8 (3), 11 (chha) and 13 (5) of U.P. Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means ) Act 2024, P.S. Kotwali, District Azamgarh. 2. The FIR giving rise to the aforesaid case crime number was lodged under Sections 61 (2), 319 (2), 318 (4), 338, 336 (3), 340 (2) BNS and Sections 6, 10 of U.P. Public Examination Act, 1998. 3.
