This bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Deepak Gupta, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 30 of 2025, under Sections 115 (2), 352, 351 (2), 351 (3), 109 and 85 of B.N.S.S. ans section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station-Chauri Chaura, District-Gorakhpur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 27.01.2025. First Information Report has been lodged by the victim Kajal Gupta, with the allegation that the marriage of the applicant and victim has been solemnized on 05.12.2019
