This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Himanshu, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 466 of 2024, under Sections 191 (2), 190, 115 (2), 109, 352, 351 (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Nai Mandi, District Muzaffar Nagar . Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 6.10.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is an ante time FIR. The knife has been recovered prior to registration of FIR. In the medical report, there is no injury received from the knife. The applicant
