This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Guddu, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 140 of 2004, under Section 2/3 of Gangster Act, Police station-Gajraula, District Pilibhit. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive.
