The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Taswwar Alias Chota with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 10 of 2025, under Section 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Police Station- Nagal, District- Saharanpur. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly placed co- accused, namely, Mukarram has already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order dated 24.04.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 5723 of 2025, copy of the bail order produced by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record.
