The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Nasir with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 16 of 2025, under Section 3/5A/8 U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and Section 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station- Bilariyaganj, District- Azamgarh. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly placed co- accused, namely, Humaid has already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order dated 01.05.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 6178 of 2025. He further submitted that since the role of the applicant is identical to that of co-accused, Humaid who has already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground
