The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Mannan with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 06 of 2025, under Section 5/8 U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 & Section 271 and 325 of B.N.S.S., 2023, Police Station- Pilakhuwa, District- Hapur. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that 200 kg been is alleged to have been recovered, but there is no independent witness of the recovery. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of the applicant. Offence is triable by magistrate. The applicant is languishing in jail since 16.01.2025 and he has criminal antecedent of four cases and the same are duly explained in para 13 of the bail application. It is
