Heard Sri Prateek Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Shashi Prakash Rai, Advocate, holding brief of learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record of the case. 2. The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Ajay Maurya with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 952 of 2024, under Sections 8/20/29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Robertsganj, District- Sonbhadra. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 62 Kg. of Ganja is alleged to have been recovered from the joint possession of the applicant and co-accused persons. In fact no such recovery was effected from the applicant.
