The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.447 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 103(1), 61(2) and 351(3) BNS, Police Station Bhuta, District Bareilly during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that however, applicant is named in the FIR along with nine others but it reflects that with the aid of Section 61(2) BNS he has been made accused in the present matter. 4. It is next submitted that as per allegation made in the FIR on 2.10.2024, i.e., about a month before applicant and co-accus
