The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Bablu, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 73 of 2022, under Sections 363, 366, 354, 376 IPC and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Sikandarpur Vaishya, District- Kasganj, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of abduction of minor girl and commission of offence rape against her alongwith for other co- accused. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that there are variations in the statements of the victim under Sections 161 Cr.P.C. and 164 Cr.P.C. The victim has implicated only co-accused, Sumit, in her statement under Section 161 Cr.P.C. Subsequently four other accused have been implicated in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C.
