This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Sirajudeen, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 15 of 2025, under Sections 8/20 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Akbarpur, District- Kanpur Dehat. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 13.01.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly placed co- accused, namely, Ashish Kumar, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order dated 02.05.2025, passed in Criminal Misc.
