The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 378 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 103(1), 238, 61(2), 65(1) B.N.S., Section 3/4 POCSO Act and 3(2)V SC/ST Act, Police Station Machhalishahar, District Jaunpur during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, nobody was named in the FIR but during investigation applicant has been made accused in the present matter along with co-accused Firdaus and after considering the entire facts of the case, co-accused Firdaus has been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 03.04.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 10143 of 2025 and on facts case of applic
