The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Raju Gaud, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 600 of 2022, under Sections 33(i) of U.P. Gangsters Act and Anti-social Activities, 1986, Police Station- Kotwali, District- Basti, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant that he has absconded from the proceedings of the trial court for two months. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant suffered fracture in his leg. Now, he undertakes to cooperate with the trial. He was earlier enlarged on bail on 30.05.2023. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing in jail since 11.12.2024. The trial in the aforesaid case is not likely to be concluded in near future. Per contra learned A.G.A. has oppose
