The present bail application has been filed by accused- applicant- Imran @ Rahul seeking bail in Case Crime No. 603 of 2024, under Section 08/21 of NDPS Act, Police Station- Shalimar Garden, District- Ghaziabad. In the prosecution case it is alleged that during police checking, the police arrested the applicant. From the personal search of the applicant, 600 tablets with rapper weighing 146 gm Alprazolam is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant. The weight of 10 tablets after removal of the wrapper is reported to be 1.40 gm and the total weight of 600 tablets works out to 84 gm only.
